always enjoy shopping there,u get gud quilty clothing what u would pay stupid prices for in any other shop with a name. U get the same as anyother shop in town but a diffrent price tag, Ad advice any1 2 shop there,just because u av got money,doesn't mean u need 2 shop in designer shop's. Av got plenty but a know were can go for good quilty xxxx

SCS Sofas Head Office

I bought a corner sofa from SCS Telford in oct 2011 recieved six weeks later and after 5 months of use sofa cushions are as flat as a pancake, after many letters of complaint and phonecalls to customer care who did absolutly nothing and did not give a toss by their attitude on the phone i had an upholsterer come out twice and told me if i had been informed about the filling and how to properly dress sofa on purchase they would not be flat now. i was not informed on any of this and my experience is that they were very interested in getting the sales and not actually interested in the product they were selling or the person they were selling it to. after MORE letters of complaint had a phonecall from manager of the store who said they would replace my sofa but i had to pay administration charges!!! i do not think so as this is not my fault that i have not been told about my sofa properly before purchase. anyone interested in taking this further as a group about poor customer service and quality over all SCS stores please get in touch and we will kick up such a stink they have to do something. stacie_jd@yahoo.com

Vets 4 Pets Sunderland

We have taken our cats to this practice since it first opened and I keep saying I am going back to the Roker practice which I have done for years - the only reason I changed was because it was near to hand. However since the off I have found them quite unwelcoming and at times even abrupt and you get the impression all they care about is the money. Also its like sitting in a dentist wating room its so cold in temperature and atmosphere. My daughters dog just hates going there which he did not when he used to go elsewhere.

Royal Mail Group Ltd

No one answers the phone and no one calls back. But i bet they answer the 0845 number. This phone is un maned clearly. It wouldn't be so bad if they at least listened to the messages and repliied to them but they do not. The Royal Mail should be ashamed.

Waste disposal from Commercial Recycling Ltd I have used commercial recycling for waste disposal (Canford site) & waste collection (Skip & Grab bag). I found the staff very helpful and their recycling facilities were really good. I would have no issues recommending them for waste managment ..commercialrecycling.co.uk
