• Amazin results with great support

  I must have tried every form of fitness possible plus been a member of every gym in Sunderland!!! ive had personal trainers, one to one coaching, individual programmes but still felt there was something missing and i needed more motivation. I went to Bodyline, spoke to Jan who helped me put a programme together to suit me following a major leg injury which limited me to what I could do. She introduced me to the toning tables which were fab and great fun - lovely relaxed atmosphere, lovely bunch of women its more like a social event - if youre thinking of joining a gym give it a go - you can even get your beauty treatments here at great prices too

  I love going to Bodyline,friendly and certainly no posers .Once you have joined you can go as many times in a week with no appointment necessary which is good for busy ladies So come give it a try you have nothing to lose except inches

• Get fit ,have a laugh and make new friends

  Bodyline is a great place to exercise and for advice on weight loss. The staff are really friendly and so are all of the customers. I have been a customer for over 9 years now and would never go anywhere else. Members are of all ages and everyone is made to feel very welcome. Why not have a free trial and see what you have been missing.

• Bodylines great

  Im now 34 and have been going to Bodyline for nearly 3 years. Its not only agreat place to execise and tone but the ladies are fab!! Wether you want to go with a friend or on your own it dosnt matter because you are made to feel really welcome. I wouldnt think about going anywhere else. There is a mixed age group so younger girls to older ladies need not be put off. I hope to see you there soon. Nicola S.

• Body Line is a Great and Freindly place.

  Body Line is a nice freindly place to go to exercise and have a chat. Everyone knows each other and welcome new starters. Every one should give it a go it really works my daugter and i go all the time we think its great hopefully i'll see you there.

• Most friendly,warm,inviting gym ever !

  I went to Bodyline for a free trial on the toning tables and after 5 minutes I felt that I belonged there ! The staff are so friendly, the members are 'REAL' people of all ages and sizes and the atmosphere is great. Obviously I joined for three months and look forward to going to my gym now rather than dreading it like I have when going to other gyms. You can wear anything at Bodyline and there are no 'Lycra queens' prancing around like Barbie dolls either.
