• SAME PROBLEMS!!!!

  As a dancer/dance teacher I have made many purchases of dancewear online from various sites and have never had any problems. You pay and then a couple of days later you receive your product. That was until I used Stagestruck Dancewear! I made a purchase of some dance shoes which I ordered and the money was debited from my account on the day. The delivery guide on the site was 3-10 business days - 10 days passed, no shoes and no contact. I called them and was told that they weren't in stock (surely the guide of 3-10 days is to allow for out of stock items!) I was then informed that the shoes would be with me in another 7-10 days! Wait 20 days for an online purchase, how ridiculous! I was offered a refund which I of course took up. They said that once actioned the money would be back to me within 1-3 business days and I would receive an automatic email once it had been actioned. 4 business days passed - little to my suprise no email, and more importantly no money! The company at this point has had my money for 3 weeks! Understandably this was very frustrating and I am still waiting for my refund.....

• extremely poor service

  My sister ordered 4 leotards on 12 of May. She is principle dancer in Serbian National Theatre. They still haven't even dispatched them!!! I've been calling them, emailing them and only after starting to be really upset they started to reply on my phone calls and emails. And they gave us less then 10% discount for all the time and inconveniences they caused. But they took the payment same second that order been made!!! I will never again do any business with them!!!

• terrible customer service

  I ordered some skirts for my dance troupe. The website says they will dispatch them within 48 hours or send an email saying when they'll be in stock. 2 weeks later, I still had heard nothing, they didn't answer the phone and they didn't reply until I sent my 4th email. By then it was too late for us to use the costumes. A good retailer will respond to an email within 24 hours and keep the customer informed about the status of their order. This company did neither. I would not use them again.

• very poor service

  i ordered a pair of tap shoes from stagestruck's website. it states on the wesite that they send your order within 24 hours of recieving the order or within 3-7 days if out of stock. after 2 weeks i had recieved no order or contact from them, i emailed them to be told the item was still out of stock and it would be another 2 weeks. i left it a further 3 weeks then emailed again. still not in stock and again another 2 weeks wait they said. In he end i had waited over 2 months and still it was not in stock. They had also taken my payment straight away. i finally cancelled my order and recieved a refund which actually happened rather quickly! I would not recommend this site, at no point did it state on the website that the item was not in stock.
