i made my appointmentone week in advance and 20 minutes before got a phone call from them and they cancelled another appointment was made for a few days later for 10.30 i got to the salon at 10.25 only to be told that my appointment had been cancelled yet again i was not very happy and asked to speak to the manager she said she would do it i wanted a colour and a cut i was in the salon from 10.25 to 3.00 it was just a big joke. i wanted my hair light brown with blonde highlights in with i get everytime i get my hair done and its always been fine at other salons they turned my hair bright orange. i find it very hard to believe that the girls in that salon have been trained to be hairdresses they did not have a clue. since this has happened i have talked to many people who have had the same rubbish service and mistakes made on there hair at this salon i would tell anyone thinking of going there to stop clear.
