I ordered 2 made-to-measure windows two months ago (quote date on order acknowledgement is 16/05/2007). After having made a number of telephone calls to find out the status of the order - and told that I would be called back (which I wasn't except by the delivery people) - I found out that a batch of windows had been quarantined. I explained how fed up I was - repeatedly - to one of the customer service advisers to which she responded "Right.......right". She said that she would try to find out what was happening with my order. I am now awaiting a call from a (the?) manager (09/07/2007) Despite it having taken 2 months I am ready to cancel. Customer service hovers between poor, non-existent, and , oddly, good.
