Although the largest company of its type in the North East, we have one of the lowest prices. We offer an easy in, easy out agreement, clients can opt out of this at any time - without notice if absolutely essential. We offer additional hours which may be required over and above those already agreed at cost price, ie., we allow the client to have any extra hours (up to 10 a year) at the cleaners rate only, we make no additional charge. Our cleaners are personally visited in their own home, we take identification from them, to verify that they are who they claim to be, and they live where they claim to live, we also take up employer references and character where available, as an ongoing check on their capabilities, we ask every client to supply a "Customer Feedback Form" with confidential comments about their new cleaner, this form is also on our website and can be completed at random. Our website too is second to none, and clients can book their cleaner on line if they so desire.
