Sunderland Complementary Therapy Centre, right in the heart of Sunderland City Centre, was created in 2006 and is the brainchild of Christopher McCormack. Chris, who has 12 years experience within massage therapy, specialising in advanced clinical massage therapy which includes Deep tissue, Remedial and Sports Massage also spent 5 yrs working for Sunderland football club, has the belief that massage should be for everyone, whether you are a dedicated sports person, take part in regular exercise not. Massage has a number of benefits, both physical and psychological. It can prevent injury and restore mobility to injured muscles.
