terrible customer service
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, spent nearly £1,000 on a table and 6 chairs, the varnish has came of the table and on to my cream leather chairs, within the first few weeks. Home livings response (nothing) the manager hasn't got the bottle to come and even look at the chairs,he phoned and said he knew a leather cleaning company who might be able to clean the chairs, at a cost to myself..well gee thanks, we now have 4 leather chairs all with a stripe of brown varnish round each one, i am DISGUSTED.. p.s this is not the last they have heard from me...

I am a great believer in shopping close to home and generating income to the local economy but having gone to home living and placing an order for a three piece suite I feel I had to make these comments. It would be nice to get some feedback from the owner who I was told lives abroad If you want to experience 1.poor customer care 2.negative attitude from staff 3.lack of communication about order
